Board Meetings

In accordance with Public Act 261 (1968) of the State of Michigan, all regular meetings of the Gladwin County District Library Board of Trustees shall be open to the public. Special meetings may be called by the Board President. Monthly meetings, on the 3rd Tuesday, start at 5:00 pm. 

The order of business at regular meetings of the District Library Board of Trustees shall be:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Approval of the agenda
  4. Approval of the minutes
  5.  Reports 
  6. Public comments
  7. Approval to pay bills
  8. Activity Reports
  9. Committee Reports
  10. Communication
  11. Old Business
  12. New Business
  13. Board Comments
  14. Adjournment
