Learn about the white pine and make "white pine soda" which is a naturally fermented, homemade beverage made using the needles of the Eastern White Pine tree, sugar, and water.

This drink is often described as having a crisp, citrusy flavor similar to Sprite and is rich in vitamin C and other beneficial compounds.
